1. Lawful business use
Use FabSetu only for lawful business discovery, sourcing, commerce, hiring, administration, communication and support. Content must be accurate, relevant and suitable for a professional business network.
Comply with product safety, licensing, labour, anti-bribery, trade-control, sanctions and other requirements applying to you, your organisation, the product and its destination.
2. Prohibited products and services
Do not list, request, sell or facilitate illegal, stolen, recalled, counterfeit or fraudulently labelled goods; controlled substances; unlawful weapons or explosives; exploitative content or services; malware or credential-theft tools; or trade that violates sanctions or export controls.
Hazardous materials, medical products, regulated chemicals, radio equipment, safety-critical components, surveillance tools and other controlled categories may appear only when lawful, expressly supported and accompanied by required licences, warnings and handling information.
3. Prohibited listing practices
Do not publish deceptive claims, hidden charges, false origin or certifications, manipulated reviews, keyword spam, bait-and-switch offers, or content copied without permission. Do not conceal a material safety, compatibility or supply limitation.
Do not offer a product you cannot lawfully supply, misuse another party's mark, or direct users off-platform to commit fraud, evade safety controls or avoid agreed fees.
4. Platform, data and security abuse
Do not probe or exploit vulnerabilities; bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits or tenant boundaries; scrape protected data; introduce malicious code; automate without approval; impersonate others; spam, harass or manipulate bids and reviews.
Use private workflows for BOMs, bids, NDAs, attachments and contacts. Never publish credentials, payment data, government identifiers, private candidate information or another person's sensitive data in a public listing or RFQ.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected violations through FabSetu support with the relevant URL, listing, account, order or RFQ and supporting information. Do not file knowingly false or abusive reports.
We may de-rank or remove content, pause transactions, request documents, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected parties or cooperate with lawful authorities according to severity, recurrence and legal obligations.
