The general terms that govern access to FabSetu and its connected products.

Terms of Use

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to FabSetu, including its public Marketplace, Organisation workspaces, Personal workspaces, Talent, Contacts and other connected workflows. By creating an account, accessing the platform or using a product, you agree to these terms and the policies that apply to that activity.

If you use FabSetu for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. Additional order forms, subscriptions or negotiated agreements apply where relevant; more specific agreed terms control if they conflict with these general terms on the same subject.

2. Accounts and organisation access

Provide accurate account and organisation information, keep credentials confidential and promptly update changed information. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you report unauthorised access without unreasonable delay.

Access depends on verified identity, active organisation membership, product entitlements and assigned permissions. You must not access another organisation's workspace or data without authority.

3. Marketplace role and transactions

FabSetu provides technology for discovery, RFQs, bids, orders, payments, documents and messages. Unless an order identifies FabSetu as the seller, the buyer and seller contract directly and remain responsible for specifications, product quality, price, taxes, licences, warranty, delivery and after-sales obligations.

Verification, profile status, badges, rankings and recommendations are discovery signals, not guarantees or endorsements. Review the accepted order's quantity, price, tax, payment, delivery, inspection and remedy terms before committing. Payment providers may apply separate terms.

4. Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of submitted content subject to the limited operational licence in the Intellectual Property and Notice-Takedown Policy. You confirm that the content is accurate, lawful and that you may provide it.

Follow the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Listing Policy. Do not bypass access controls, misuse confidential information, manipulate Marketplace processes, introduce malicious code or interfere with platform availability.

5. Availability, suspension and termination

Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failures or events outside reasonable control. We may restrict content, transactions, access, an organisation or an account for security, non-payment, suspected fraud, legal compliance or a material policy breach, with notice where appropriate.

You may stop using FabSetu, subject to outstanding orders, payments, retention requirements and provisions intended to survive. Termination does not cancel accrued rights or liabilities.

6. Disclaimers, changes and contact

To the extent permitted by law, FabSetu is provided on an 'as available' basis without implied warranties or liability for indirect, special or consequential loss. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Material changes will state their effective date and be communicated appropriately. Submit questions, notices and disputes through FabSetu support with the relevant organisation, order or RFQ reference. The Grievance Redressal Policy explains escalation.
